Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions
Question: Q1: Do you charge any fees? Answer: Yes. Aero Credit Corp charges a one-time Loan Origination Fee of $1,000 on most conventional loans for piston powered aircraft, or, on turbine powered aircraft that qualify for International Registration under the Cape Town Treaty, a fee of 0.05% of the loan amount. There are no fees to refinance a loan that was originated by us, and for each additional loan you place with us the fee will be reduced. This covers all Bank, Administrative, and FAA filing fees so you can rest assured that no additional closing costs will arise. Fees for Structured Finance and other hybrid products vary.
